Responsibilities include but does not limit to:

- Implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve annual targets, including:

- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new funding opportunities

- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential donors, including major donors, foundations, corporations, and governments

- Collaborating with program teams to develop compelling fundraising proposals and reports

- Ensuring effective stewardship of donor relationships, including timely reporting and communication

- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including:

- Researching and identifying potential donors and funding sources

- Developing and submitting proposals and applications

- Develop and manage a portfolio of major donors, including:

- Identifying and cultivating new major donors

- Building and maintaining relationships with existing major donors

- Collaborate with program teams to develop and implement program-specific fundraising strategies, including:

- Developing and submitting program-specific proposals and applications

- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including program officers, foundation staff, and corporate giving managers

- Ensuring effective stewardship of program-specific donor relationships

- Analyze and report on fundraising performance, including:

- Tracking and analyzing fundraising metrics, including revenue, donor retention, and return on investment

- Developing and submitting regular fundraising reports to senior management and the board of directors

- Develop and manage the fundraising budget, including:

- Developing and submitting an annual fundraising budget

- Managing and tracking fundraising expenses, including staff time, travel, and marketing materials

Qualification & Years of Experience:

- Masters or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in fundraising, with a focus on international development and health

- Experience working with international NGOs, foundations, corporations, and governments

- Knowledge of fundraising principles, practices, and regulations
