Purpose of the Role : Overall is responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of the company's portfolio of products in Tamil nadu . The Marketing Manager will be responsible for independently managing a number of interdepartmental projects and events, while working closely alongside the Business Head on some projects Role Description : - The successful candidate will drive BTL and trade marketing programs that effectively position ACT products to generate sales leads - The Marketing Manager will also be part of the marketing team's effort to plan, direct, and implement the company's corporate brand and overall marketing communications strategy - S/he will be responsible for communicating consistent messages across channels and ensure that key, strategic messages are communicated to target audiences - The Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing and communications deliverables that include: conference and trade show participation, the development and design of sales detailers, tactical, local and hyper local communication, collaterals etc. - The candidate will also work with vendors to ensure timely design and execution of campaigns. He/she will also manage campaign budget for TN and institute governance mechanisms to ensure adherence to the same. Key Result Areas : - Marketing Manager is responsible to develop, execute and measure programs and lead generation activities to support sales and drive the success of high-impact marketing initiatives Desired Skills and Competencies : Functional Competencies : - Must have experience and skill set necessary to manage planning, production and execution of local and hyperlocal campaigns for existing and prospective customers - Must be willing to hit the market with sales teams and independently and highlight identify opportunities based on customer and competitive assessment - Must work well with sales teams and clients - Must have the curiosity and technical aptitude to learn about technical product details and quickly adapt Recruitment Specifications : Education : Should possess Master's Degree or Equivalent from a reputed institute Work Experience : - Demonstrated success directly managing quality lead generation and lead nurturing programs - Minimum 6+ years experience with marketing campaign execution and lead generation experience - Experience in working with business development partners, vendors, consultants and the media - Clear understanding of ROI analysis and proven analytical ability to track multiple campaigns, analyze results, and recommend changes - Ability to multi-task, Highly self-motivated
