Job description: Purpose of the Role Leverage technical and management skills to achieve through others the successful completion of projects to meet business needs and to take charge of expanding and maintaining our existing customer base. Role Description - Prepare and submit annual sales plan and budget to Sales Head for approval covering Retail Clients, Sales Manpower plan, and projected revenues - Review inquiries on a weekly basis and visit 10% of all inquiries with Sales team - Design and implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales and ARPU targets as per the approved plan - Design & Submit MIS format for tracking and compliance with sales plan - Conduct reviews of Sales team on weekly basis - Conduct sales pieces of training for improving their functional & non-functional skills. - Submit periodic market intelligence report to Sales Head on Market trends, Contemporary Products, and Competitors practices - Provide feedback to management on market response to new product launches - Assume administrative control for Retail Business Vertical. - Ensure implementations of approved sales promotions schemes across the Retail Business Vertical. - Need to maintain 100% adherence to the processes and policies of the company. - Responsible for educating and training the concerned team regarding company/vertical vision, values, processes and policies. Recruitment Specifications Education Should possess Masters degree from premium institute Work Experience 1. Should have Minimum 3 years of experience in sales 2. Should possess strong market Intelligence/Industry knowledge or experience 3. Ability to handle large teams and handle multifunctional projects 4. Must possess Strong interpersonal abilities 5. Must have Strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills 6 Hands on experience in Retail Sales/Channel sales/Distribution Management 7 Local/Working knowledge of the city 8. Should have handled a sales team in a mid to large size organization
