Role Name: Manager - Operations (Location Head - Nellore) Location: Nellore Reporting to: Vice-President - Operations Context End to End responsibilities for the broadband business at Nellore. To work horizontally across domains and functions for customer delight through thorough monitoring of sales, quick resolution of customer complaints and also ensuring profitability of the location through timely collections. In parallel, work on improvement of infra, network operation with sustained focus on employee development. Create and execute the branch level business plan through able leadership to support organizations goals, mission, and vision. Key Responsibilities - Responsible for achieving that targeted Net-growth and revenue growth of the location - Design and implement customer Relationship management strategy with a view to increase customer retention. - Assist Leadership Team in annual operations plan and budget for the location - Monitor performance against approved budgets and submit monthly Financial MIS - Responsible for expansion thru new network acquisitions. - Work on project proposals for expansion / up gradation of network as per business needs. - Responsible for implementation of approved projects in a timely and cost-effective manner in coordination with Head - Operations - Responsible for complete adherence of Branch / Area POP and CPE infrastructure as per norms through periodic checks and operational audits. - Monitor and maintain fiber and cat5e laying, as per norms thru period checks and operational audits. - Design and Implement processes for elimination of root causes of complaints to increase customer satisfaction. - Plan and visit customers as per the approved norms and submit a detailed report to operations head - Monitor and review sales performance and implement course correction measures where required. Submit periodic reports to management on market intelligence and sales performance versus forecast. - Responsible for timely collection of subscription/ other dues and remittance of the as per laid down procedures. - To liaise with corporate contacts, build and develop relationship Key Result Areas Location Managers have the responsibility of driving sales within their respective branches, providing outstanding leadership to associates and championing ACT's culture of service, respect and integrity. Location Managers are also responsible for maintaining a performance driven environment, drive operational efficiency, and apply the sales process while providing outstanding customer service and supervising the branch to bring in success of this role Educational &amp; Experience requirements: - B.Tech/ MBA from premier institute with -6 years of experience. - Should have experience of handling a team - Preference will be given to the candidates with consulting background Key Personal Attributes: - Good communication skills, reasoning and analytical ability - Must be collaborative in approach and a team player - Very good at networking, negotiations and influencing - Capability to understand the customer needs and strong business acumen - Ability to handle large teams and handle multifunctional project
