Role Name: Manager - Operations

Location: Warangal

Reporting To: Head - Operations

Focus Areas :

2) Protect and gain the share, especially with the advent of the competition

4) Ensure the best Customer Service levels

5) Maintain cordial External Relationships

6) Future-proofing business through the implementation of org-wide automation.

7) Ensure a stable and charged team

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement sales strategies to ensure the achievement of sales and ARPU targets as per the approved plan

- Ensure implementations of approved sales promotions schemes across the Retail Business Vertical

- Maintain 100% adherence to the processes and policies of the company

- Complete Responsibility for monitoring and driving network operations through the implementation of operational policies and procedures

- Design and implement a strategy for expanding operational support services and network in line with sales forecast or approved expansion plans

- Establish measure of performance and monitor performance of all operational aspects

- Monitor & provide guidance to team members to ensure collections happen on time

- Work towards reducing churn and support business development by providing quality resolution to the customers by expediting and identifying the gap

- Design and ensure implementation of retention strategies

- Provide timely MIS with business metrics

- Analyse training gaps and provide inputs to ensure high team productivity

Educational & Experience requirements :

- Post Graduate or equivalent equivalent

- 8 - 12 years of work experience with a proven record of handling large teams

Key Personal Attributes :

- Good interpersonal skills

- Must be collaborative in approach and a team player

- Very good at networking, negotiations, and influencing

- Capability to understand customer needs and strong business acumen
