Position Brief: - General Manager - Customer Retention - Location: Chennai - Reports to: Senior Vice President - IP Business Purpose of the Role: Responsible for ensuring increase in Retention and reduction in churn. Identifies new opportunities to drive growth and leads new initiatives to further drive customer retention for the Tamil Nadu Business. Role Description: 1) Responsible to design and ensure implementation of retention process in the company. 2) Prepare and submit annual retention plan and budget to management covering retention and deactivation 3) Analyse repeat complaints and suggest permanent solution leading to high degree of customer satisfaction 4) Design and implement deactivation process 5) Achieve the collection targets through external vendors 6) Support and manage team consistently by analysing training needs and developmental needs 7) Take responsibility for implementation of strategies for improving efficiency in Collections and periodically monitor the processes to enhance efficiency in collections Key Result Areas: This process will help in retaining customers and reducing churn, this will lead to contribution to net add and will have high impact on ACT's success and profitability Educational &amp; Experience requirements: - MBA from premier institute with 10 - 12 years of experience. - Should have experience of handling a team - Preference will be given to the candidates with sales background Key Personal Attributes: - Good communication skills, reasoning and analytical ability - Must be collaborative in approach and a team player - Very good at networking, negotiations and influencing - Capability to understand the customer needs and strong business acumen - Ability to handle large teams and handle multi functional project
