Role Name: General Manager - CCNR Location: Hyderabad Purpose of the Role: Responsible for Collections, ensuring increase in Retention and reduction in churn. Identifies new opportunities to drive growth and leads new initiatives to further drive customer retention for the Telangana Business. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring Collection of the billed value of the subscriber, keeping the Bad debts in the specified limits and maintaining the low Cost of Collection. - To ensure correct billing on time to avoid future Bill discrepancy &amp; increase Customer's faith &amp; satisfaction. - To ensure bill delivery on time &amp; within SLA Period and Resolution of complaints by updating correct or changed contact details. - Responsible for maintaining the healthy base in the system, keeping the gross base in control, limiting the churning of the subscribers from the system. - Managing Debt movement Mapping of Complaints &amp; queries and ensuring reduction in complaints by formulating appropriate strategies through root cause analysis. - Responsible to design and ensure implementation of retention process in the company. - Prepare and submit annual retention plan and budget to management covering retention and deactivation - Analyse repeat complaints and suggest permanent solution leading to high degree of customer satisfaction - Design and implement deactivation process - Support and manage team consistently by analysing training needs and developmental needs - Take responsibility for implementation of strategies for improving efficiency in Collections and periodically monitor the processes to enhance efficiency in collections Educational &amp; Experience requirements: - MBA from premier institute with 13 - 17 years of experience. - Should have experience of handling a team Key Personal Attributes: - Good communication skills, reasoning and analytical ability - Must be collaborative in approach and a team player - Very good at networking, negotiations and influencing - Capability to understand the customer needs and strong business acumen - Ability to handle large teams and handle multifunctional project
