About the role: Associate Program Manager - As an Associate Program Manager, you will be working closely with the senior management to strategize and execute long term and short-term initiatives for our clients and work with the stakeholders to get them implemented. The role is similar to those in a general management consultancy firm. Specifically, here are some of the day-to-day responsibilities that you will handle: Job responsibilities: - Executing all project related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to activations - Tracking and monitoring operational and other key metrics related to project performance on daily basis - Coordinate cross functionally with design, technology and call centre teams to execute projects - Following set processes and systems wherever possible - Responsible for managing the on-ground team from hiring and training new recruits to assigning daily targets - Conduct primary and secondary research to understand the recent situation in the geographies where our clients operate. - Strategize and ideate long term and short-term action plan for the clients, along with the senior management. - Reporting project progress on regular basis, along with highlighting the areas which needs intervention from higher authorities. - Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence Desired Profile: - You are an undergraduate/postgraduate from a premier institute (IIT, NIT, DU, BITS, NLU, IIM, ISB, TISS, etc.) - Have 1+ year of relevant experience. For different profiles following things are needed: &nbsp;Operations: - Should have knowledge of operations/on-ground execution of projects. - Candidate must be willing to be relocate - Analytics - Sound knowledge of R, Python and SQL - Proficient in Excel (Advanced) - Willing to work in unstructured and ambiguous environment &nbsp;Product: - Should have previous experience of writing detailed product specifications - Should have work extensively with data and improve funnel conversions - Experience in user behaviour analysis - Should be able to prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines Growth Hacking - Previous experience in growth hacking in consumer tech field - Good Numerical Aptitude and Basic Excel knowledge. This round can be conducted by remotely doing Case Test. Round 2: Telephonic/Face-to-Face discussion on the Case Test response of the candidate with our Program Manager.
