Context: - We are seeking a passionate, experienced and organized individual to setup our fast growing Content function which is a strategic priority for the company will contribute significantly to the growth of the organization in the coming days. In this position, you will play a key role in creating strategies to drive content consumption for ACT on its home, enterprise, cable, new product businesses and come up with innovative and engaging ideas and campaigns to drive the same. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Build content strategy, calendar including video, blogs, PR and all other types of content that build brand, drive traffic, educate customer on service issues for fibernet, enterprise, cable tv and new product businesses. This will be End to end ownership from content ideation, strategy to execution by working with designers, agencies and partners. - For e.g. work with teams to identify right themes, get blogs and articles and video scripted, executed and delivered . It can be for sales teams, for YouTube campaign or social media or website. - The person will work closely with product teams/ website/ seo teams, digital teams, social media teams so that the content is not just relevant and valuable but also appropriately disseminated. - Work with our new product streamtv4k to manage content on the device to build engagement to drive WAU, MAU metrics - This includes building relationships and work closely with the content and business teams of partners like Netflix, Hotstar, Sonyliv, Zee5 and others ; build joint content calendar and other initiatives with partners to grow partner adoption and drive higher customer engagement. - Track, measure and monitor performance of our partners on our platform regularly and identify the growth levers . Work on constantly refreshing partner content on our platform and optimize content to get maximum engagement - Work with HR team to build and drive internal stories, emp communication so that ACT is seen as an employer of choice and top workplace Skills and Experience :&nbsp; - 4 years + Experience in working in the content / social media team, Overall 6 years of experience in a media or digital space - Clear understanding of the streaming industry in India and globally, clued on completely to OTT as a way of life. - Have a slate of content worked on including blogs, videos, info, and interesting campaigns - Excellent verbal and written skills - Successful track record of delivering quality results working with cross-functional teams
