Purpose of the Role Leverage technical and management skills to achieve through others the successful completion of projects to meet business needs, and to take charge of expanding and maintaining our existing customer base Role Description - Prepare and submit annual sales plan and budget to Head Community Business for approval covering Bandwidth, Leased Lines, Geographic Spread of Enterprise Clients, Sales Manpower plan and projected revenues - Review enquiries on a weekly basis and visit 10% of all enquiries with Sales team - Design and implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales and ARPU targets as per the approved plan - Design &amp; Submit MIS format for tracking and compliance against sales plan - Conduct reviews of Business team on weekly basis - Conduct sales trainings for Business for improving their functional &amp; non-functional skills - Submit periodic market intelligence report to Head Business on Market trends, Contemporary Products and Competitors practices - Provide feedback to management on market response to new product launches - Assume administrative control for Business Vertical - Ensure implementations of approved sales promotions schemes across the Business Vertical - Need to maintain 100% adherence to the processes and policies of the company - Responsible for educating and training the concerned team regarding company/vertical vision, values, processes and policies Key Result Areas This position will contribute to varying degrees in many of the phases of, including: project scoping, initial research and decision-making, indicative stage due diligence and valuation, financial model construction, presentation and approvals, negotiation, second stage diligence, final modeling and valuation, final approvals, final negotiation, closing, budgeting, and integration planning Education Master's From Premier B School Only (Batch 2007-2014) Work Experience 1. Should have Minimum 4+ years experience in a consultative environment preferred 2. Should have Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role 3. Should possess strong market Intelligence/Industry knowledge or experience 4. Ability to handle large teams and handle multifunctional projects 5. Must possess Strong interpersonal abilities 6. Must have Strong negotiation, communication &amp; presentation skills 7. Hands on experience in B2B/Corporate/ Enterprise Sales 8. Local/Working knowledge of the city 9.
