- We are seeking an Acquisition Marketing Lead to drive customer acquisition strategies and lead our efforts to acquire new customers efficiently and effectively.

- This role requires a data-driven and results-oriented mindset, expertise in performance marketing, and the ability to scale acquisition channels.

- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, increase brand visibility, and drive new customer growth across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and execute end-to-end customer acquisition strategies to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.

- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other performance-driven platforms.

- Leverage SEO, SEM, display, video, and affiliate marketing to expand brand reach and attract new customers.

- Create data-driven customer acquisition funnels, continuously optimizing for cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Campaign Management & Optimization:

- Lead and scale paid marketing efforts, ensuring high ROI through continuous campaign analysis, testing, and optimization.

- Manage marketing budgets, allocating spend across channels, and tracking performance to meet acquisition and revenue goals.

- Work with creative teams to design and implement high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and offers.

- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaigns to determine the most effective approaches for customer acquisition.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to develop customer personas, define target audiences, and design campaigns.

- Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure alignment in brand messaging across all acquisition channels.

- Partner with data and analytics teams to track and report key acquisition metrics, ensuring transparency in campaign performance.

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:

- Analyze customer acquisition trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.

- Build and maintain dashboards to report on acquisition performance, sharing insights and recommendations with senior leadership.

- Continuously monitor key acquisition metrics, including cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (LTV).

Key Metrics for Success:

- Increase in new customer acquisition (number of customers acquired within target cost thresholds).

- Optimization of CPA and improvements in ROAS.

- Growth in organic and paid channel performance (click-through rate, conversion rate, etc.

- Successful scaling of acquisition channels and tactics while maintaining efficiency.

- Alignment with broader business goals, such as revenue targets and brand visibility.

Who You Are?

- 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles.

- Strong proficiency in paid media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and programmatic advertising.

- Experience with growth tactics like SEO, SEM, content marketing, and affiliate programs.

- Deep understanding of key acquisition metrics, including CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

- Ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and identify new acquisition opportunities.

- Experience with marketing automation tools, campaign management platforms, and analytics tools (e.

Nice to Have:

- Experience managing large-scale acquisition budgets and campaigns across multiple channels.

- Familiarity with attribution models and customer journey tracking.

- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools.

- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
