We are looking for a Acquisition Manager with a leading mobile network operator based at Jalandhar / Shimla.

Job Details:

Location: Jallandhar / Shimla

CTC: As per the Norm

Reports to: Acquisition Head

Department: Sales

Function: Business Services

Grade: AM / H

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience

Education: Graduate, MBA Preferred

Role Purpose:

This role is a sales role and will cover acquiring Mobile Voice, Mobile Data and new products customers from the NC/VGE and Govt. Segments.

- Responsible for working along with NAM to meet and exceed customer acquisition numbers, quality of customer acquisition.

- Ensures Market penetration and increase in Account Penetration share.

- Develops incentive schemes for FOS- distribution channels.

- Drive acquisition & arrest churn

- Keeps update on new products and industry trends

Essence:

Subscriber Base Management:

- Responsible for handling the team of DST’s and DSA’s.

- Channel Appointments and engagements

- Driving Productivity from the DST’s and Channel FOS.

- Achievement of budgeted circle acquisition target of XX

- Achievement of non HQ target of YY.

- Conducting BTL activities like Canopy Activities and Road Shows.

- Responsible for New Account opening- Hunting.

- Driving Plan Mix and Mobile data.

Process Management:

- Limit zero to 60 day churn to under x% of gross adds

- Ensuring Safety compliance measured basis compliance/ noncompliance , reported incidents in the teams both for on roll/ Associate team members .

Knowledge & Skills:

- Good Interpersonal Skills, Analytical and Positive Attitude, Product Management, Customer Focus, Product Knowledge, Logical aptitude, Timely decision making, Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills.

Output

- Growth in Acquisition and at the same time ensuring quality of Acquisition. Manage Channel, DST/CSA Engagement Programmes, and Extract Output to Max.
