2. Networking within the Banks/NBFCs

3. Preparation of Credit memo for approval

4. Asset management activities

5. Representing Company in various forums such as Committee of Creditors, JLM, Consortium meetings etc.

6. Liaisoning with investors and meeting information requirements

7. MIS preparation as per requirement

8. Inter departmental coordination

9. Documents negotiation/closure with Banks/NBFCs, Investors, Borrowers

10. Commercial negotiation with borrowers

Education : MBA/CA

Any specific skills required :

- Experience of credit appraisal

- Experience of recovery handling

- Knowledge of recovery laws such as SARFAESI, IBC, DRT

- Knowledge of RBI regulations

- Experience of representing in forums
