Acqueon Technologies - Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

- Delight our customers by championing implementation projects of Acqueon products

- Understand the product and solution being implemented

- Provide day-to-day leadership for all aspects of the project including timelines, budget, and deliverables

- Proactively identify, track, manage, and mitigate risks to the project

- Create and manage the project communication plan for all stakeholders

- Facilitate regular external and internal project status meetings

- Create, manage, and distribute project documentation

- Owns the change request process

- Identify improvements for templates, processes, and best practices

- Seek opportunities for cross-selling additional products

- Cultivate and maintain good working relationships with end customers and external project team members

- Maintain the customer relationship after project completion to ensure continued satisfaction with the product

Key Skills:

- Technical degree or background in technology

- Previous contact center software deployment experience (e.g. Cisco UCCE, Amazon Connect, NiCE, Twilio, or Genesys)

- Two plus years- experience managing product implementations within cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)

- Quickly grasp, understand, and interpret technical concepts, terms, and challenges as they relate to the project to a moderate level of detail

- Clear and concise communication and documentation

- Strong interpersonal skills to comfortably communicate with all levels of an organization

- Ability to remain highly organized while managing multiple projects

- Capable to think on your feet in stressful client situations and navigate difficult circumstances without assistance

- Ability to collaborate with internal and external project team members to drive a successful outcome

- Self-starter with a get-it-done attitude

- Experience working as part of a remote project team

- SaaS deployment experience a big plus
