The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of required position.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate senior team in the financial closing process by making journal adjustments and reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and submitting the reports to clients.
- Maintain bookkeeping and accounting records, including journal ledger and cash accounts, bill payment, and monthly accounts reconciliation.
- Perform bookkeeping, analysis, and review services for a diverse client base.
- Prepare journals for Accrual, Prepaid, Cost Transfer, Reclassifications of Accounts, Payroll, Bad Debts etc.
- Prepared Sales Tax reconciliations and analyze the variances.
- Will be in people management role and will be managing a team.
- Any other duties assigned by your manager.
- Good communication is an added advantage.
- Client interactionchat/mail/call is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's /Master'sdegree.
- 5+ years' relevant working in client and team handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of R2R Accounting.
