- Need to handle the Corporate Affairs and government Liasioning for the organisation

- Should have personal inroads at very senior levels at bureaucracy, political parties, State and central ministries to facilitate corporate and consortium connects

- Should have long standing relationship with important ministries at Center and State

- Must carry personal stature to represent Large scale infrastructure company mandates

- Must have exposure to regulatory matters of renewable industry, infrastructure space, power or Transmission

- Should be aware of Media relations and corporate communication systems

- Crisis management and stakeholder management
