ACME - Project Finance Role (7-20 yrs)
Project Finance
- Extensive experience of Relationship Management / Liaisoning with private as well as public sector banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, at senior & middle Management level.
- Dealing with arrangers, merchant bankers, domestic & international legal counsel, etc for preparation of Project Information Memorandum for debt syndication.
- Fund Mobilization through multilateral development agencies (ADB)- documentation, drawdown, reporting & loan servicing. Dealing with credit rating agencies for a rating of debt instruments/loans.
- Overall responsibility for handling all activities of funding & treasury department.
- Hedging of foreign currency risks (forwards/swaps).
- Ensure all the related compliance during Funding for Power Projects.
