Roles & Responsibilities :

- Must have litigation and arbitration background from large corporate houses or top tier law firms

- Should have handled large scale corporate matters in EPC/ Power/ Infra companies

- Should have a strong exposure on general litigation

- Should be hands on with drafting and vetting

- Must have handled large scale litigation, research and conduct

- Exposure to contract management and PPA management will be an advantage

- Early joiners preferred
