Position Overview -

- ACME seeks smart, intelligent individuals to help develop research and insights that will propel the future growth of the company. The company is looking at growth in its core market (real estate) as well as adjacencies. We are looking for an individual who will be a pioneer member of this growth team. Over a period of time, we will add more members to the team with the belief that research and insights will enable to us to build a very innovative and market leading organization.

- Core Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

- Conduct secondary research;

- Review and analyze research data, develop recommendations on possible growth ideas for the company to invest for its near and long term growth;

- Analyze existing business ventures and help identify possible avenues to unlock value;

- Prepare written final reports for each assignment and present key findings to the management team;

- Help in preparing various pitch documents, marketing collaterals to potential investors, partners;

- Ability to multi-task and ability to change gears quickly and pick up different things

- Represent ACME at conferences and briefings to showcase its thought leadership in the industry;

- Interact with clients to understand their research needs and provide inputs to the business development process.

Job Requirements:

- A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management

- At least 4-5 years- of relevant experience to be considered for the role as an Analyst;

- Excellent secondary research skills

- A broad understanding of market research and the analytical frameworks commonly used in the strategy consulting.

- Strong exposure on various secondary databases such as Bloomberg, Factiva, Thomson Reuters.

- Equally Adept working with both qualitative and quantitative kind of assignments

- Strong creative writing, excellent editing skills, organizational or project management skills;

- Motivated self-starter & able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Windows Office programs;

- The ability to work closely with clients to develop long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships;

- Exposure working on various research frameworks and tools such Porter's 5 forces model, SWOT, BCG matrix, SCP etc.

- Commitment to quality work and strong attention to detail

- Ability, initiative, and commitment to be a part of a culture of excellence

- Must have written and verbal fluency in English. A second language will be an added advantageous.
