ACME - Head - Regulatory & Legal

We are looking forward for the professional who has good experience in Regulatory and Legal Background.

Brief Responsibility for the role :

a) To provide solutions to compliance issues, in-house, wherever possible

b) Liaise with other regional teams for implementing legal and compliance programs concerning data protection laws, regulatory laws, commercial laws, competition laws and all business compliance laws.

c) Implementing and taking charge of the legal compliance of the company

d) Managing regulatory affairs of the business corresponding with various central, state and local government departments, quasi-judicial officer, State RECS, APTAL on Tariff related arbitration.

e) Research on key issues relating to laws affecting the company

f) Handling legal compliance of the company and other group entities

g) Responsible for drafting notices, plaints / replying to legal notices on behalf of the organization

h) Liaising with autonomous bodies to ensure Statutory Compliance procedures.

- Handling the part of Litigation and Arbitration.
