And people working in the "Independent counsel" are also welcomed. - Drafting Legal Notices, Petitions and Lease deeds and other documents in connection with the legal cases of the company. - Drafting and vetting of various agreements such as confidentiality agreements, commercial agreements, MOU etc. - Draft and Negotiate Contracts, framework agreements and also issues arising out of an interpretation of these agreements. - Drafting Standardization and Implementation of various Service level agreements. - Due Diligence negotiation and finalization of lease agreements. - Preparation of SOP on legal documentation for Site acquisition and landlord management. - Liaison with regulatory and central / state/local authorities for policy-related issues. - Participation in various meetings and discussions with industry bodies like COAI & TAIPA. - Handling M&A, spearheading integration of legal activities. - Ensuring High level of coordination with different functions. - Conducting legal conferences with brainstorming sessions for resolution of issues and formulation of processes. - Filing of Protection for IPR of the company including Trademarks and copy right.
