Role : GM Regulatory

- Managing legal aspects of electricity laws, State specific aberrations

- Managing the regulatory matters for one of the largest IPP of the country

- Handling litigation and petition filing processes in CERC, APTEL and coordination with state Discoms

Requirements:

- Should have a strong understanding on Tariff related repercussions, and BD related matters

- Should have handled Regulatory Advocacy

- Should have been part of large scale regulatory bodies
