ACME - Assistant Manager - Regulatory

- Good knowledge and understanding of the working of Indian Power Sector, particularly power sales, PPAs, open access, power trading, CERC/SERC regulations, RE Policies, RE Bidding guidelines, power scheduling using DAM, TAM, price forecasting, UI, etc.

- Experience in regulatory litigation and relationships at CERC/SERC/APTEL/SECI/PGCIL/MNRE/DISCOMs, etc.

- Good research & drafting skills and MS-Office experience

- BE in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering (OR) MBA in Marketing with 4-5 years of experience.

- 4-5 years of relevant work experience in regulatory

- Assistance in commercial and regulatory due-diligence

- Drafting the notes and letters to SECI/MNRE/PGCIL/DISCOMs/Associations

- Analysing the new business proposals and preparing notes after thorough research

- Travelling to the respective ERCs/APTEL/High Courts for case hearings

- Representing the company in associations and forums
