Job opening with leading NBFC for ACM (Colending) for mortgage loans
- Execute co-lending Strategy: Participate in execution of local strategic opportunities for lending partnerships for organization in line with the organizational purpose and business objectives. Partner to define the product strategy and value proposition behind the company's vision to build India's preferred lending organization, starting with secured lending, SME & unsecured lending with a core focus on digital first.
- Drive integration on various aspects of the strategic partnership across Credit and Risk Management, Technology and Product.
- High Value Individual/Portfolio underwriting: Conduct Due Diligence of portfolios for acquisition and underwrite high values cases (Mortgage, LRD etc.)
- Digitalization of Product: Contribute to building technological interfaces with strategic partners
- Business analytics: Monitor relevant business and product metrics, identify optimization potential, regularly provide updates to stakeholders on business performance
