What are we looking for: Work Experience in Insurance / Financial Services / DB / data analytics / MIS: 5 Years Desired: - Understanding of work and communication flow. Knows how to take things to logical closure. - Effective and agile responsiveness to adhoc business needs relating to the KRA. - Understanding of DB development, maintenance, reporting and data analytics - Reconciliation of Data and Data Bases - Effective upkeep of data, doc, and info and timely retrieval. - Liaise with DB and tech teams to ensure timely and complete reporting. - Strong analytical ability, including network and network systems design, capacity planning, operations methodology, error detection/resolution techniques, quality assurance techniques, etc. - IT Savvy Responsibilities: - Ensure Compliance to U/W and issuance policy and procedures, product F&amp;U, etc - Ensure periodic quality check of the processes including system based and related data upkeep - Enrollment and documentation relating to intermediary management - Communications management with stakeholders around underwriting and issuance, including banks, E-repositories, hospitals, TPAs, government departments such as RTO, etc - Liase with F&amp;A to ensure compliance to Stamp duty and GST relating to U/W and issuance - Conducting quality review of data, and information, which are relating to processes concerning the underwriting and issuance. Reconcile data and record the differences in the usable formats. - Have insight into the entire business structure including all IT infrastructure. Understand the criticality of process under the light of overall business objectives. - Produce periodic and adhoc reports for regulatory bodies and key stakeholders. - Understand the various data definitions and terminologies and educate the stakeholders such as DB and Tech, as required. - Handle half yearly technical audits and other auditors; provide essential info and maintain audit trails. Minimum Education: - Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent with certification in DB Management or operations; OR - Master degree in Engineering / Finance /CA or equivalent with necessary certification in IT / DB Management / Operations Interpersonal Skills: - Ability to handle relationship with multiple stakeholders - Learning aptitude - Team Worker - Data Recon and quality thought process - Excellent written and verbal communication
