What we offer: - A dynamic team of co-workers who are passionate about innovating and disrupting the insurance industry in India - Opportunity to be part of an early stage high potential startup - Independence and ownership in both design and execution where conceptualisation to execution cycle is in weeks and not in months - Platform to work with senior stakeholders to drive multiple strategic initiatives What you will do at Acko: - Conceptualize and own consumer engagement plan & execute the same across all channels (e.g. e-mail, SMS, App Push etc) - Build and scale (end to end execution) of consumer referral program for Acko - Create framework for customer segments based on user behaviour - Work closely with sales team on strategies for customer acquisition and retention - Collaborate with Content and Product team to devise A/B experiments to improve performance of engagement and retention marketing - Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools - Report metrics in comparison to goals and provide detailed monthly reporting of email KPIs, campaign summaries, and analyses of A/B test cases to drive ongoing enhancements and topline sales - Stay abreast with and spearhead implementation of marketing best practices What we are looking for: - Bachelors/Masters degree from Tier 1 colleges - 3+ years of experience in online marketing/ product marketing. Experience in marketing automation/ consumer engagement / retention / CRM is a plus but not necessary - Strong product thinking, ability to work with technology team to deliver end to end product roadmap of marketing automation/ consumer engagement/ retention/ CRM - Good problem solver - demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/ or partnerships that generate results - Strong analytical skills; bias toward decision making based on data, and high proficiency with - Excel and using it to configure, analyze, and present data - Go getter attitude; ability to make things happen quickly with large teams - Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously - Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel
