Responsibilities : - The - Senior Affiliate &amp; Partnership Manager- role reports into the - Associate Director- Digital Marketing - and is an integral role in the Marketing team. The core responsibilities of the role will be to: - Drive affiliates program to deliver quality leads and sales for new customer acquisition on CPL/CPS/CPI negotiation basis. - Drive partnership program to deliver the required results of the marketing program - Evaluate &amp; motivate the high growth partners &amp; grow the pool - Manage billing, reporting for the affiliate partners Requirements: - A self-driven individual with 3+ years of experience in Affiliate marketing - B.Tech, MBA or equivalent - Ability to navigate dynamic and changing environment which is staple to startups - Experience developing B2B relationships, preferably in digital marketing - Strong negotiation skill - Excellent execution, multi-tasking &amp; communication skills. Willingness to take more responsibilities on digital marketing channels.
