What will you do: - Strategize to scale up paid performance marketing channels - Google (Search, UAC, display), Facebook, affiliates for new customer acquisition - Build strong audience insights to drive better ROI, CAC. - Plan and implement A/B experiment to enhance the primary optimizing metrics & customer experience. - Co-ordinate and get projects going as per deadline with creative &amp; tech-product teams. - Evaluate data across Facebook dashboard, Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer/Branch to drive insights for bringing efficiency in primary optimizing metrics - Should be able to manage a 2-3 member team - Lead business metric discussions with relevant stakeholders Requirements: - Hands on experience in managing Facebook ads manager, Google analytics, Appsflyer/Branch. - Proficiency in excel is a must - Strong written and verbal communication - Strong ownership to see the task to completion while insisting on highest standards. - Customer centric approach to solve key business problems - Strong analytical skills to take key logical decisions. - Great team worker &amp; easy to approach Education &amp; Experience : - 5+ years of experience in B2C /Startup companies. - MBA/B.tech from Tier-1 College preferred Company Description: Acko is India's first and only all-digital insuretech product company.
