About The Team And The Role : We are looking for an impact hungry, hard working Growth Manager for the Auto Insurance vertical. You will be a part of a fast-moving entrepreneurial unit working on non-linear growth ideas and will hold a central position that allows you to work on cross-functional projects with all business teams ranging product, marketing, consumer experience, contact center (pre-sales), pricing, operations and claims. Responsibilities : - Improve the conversion funnel for auto insurance product by optimising middle/bottom of the funnel thus reducing cost of acquisition - Design GTM for new geographies and product offerings - Use customer first approach to understand purchase journey and come up with product led projects to solve for specific user needs enabling smooth buying experience - Analyse data to monitor experiments performance and uncover areas for improvement Requirements : - 2-4 years of experience in consumer tech startup/s (experience in FinTech will be a plus) - Have successfully worked on conversion rate optimisation/retention projects - Skilled at breaking down complicated problems into easy to solve simpler pieces - Ability to derive insights, recommendations from consumer feedback - Comfortable with a very transparent feedback driven work environment - Proficiency in SQL will be a plus
