What will you do at Acko: Identify Training need analysis through Knowledge & Skill mapping of employees (Partner closely with Engineering/Service & Fulfillment teams/Business/Functional teams to- assess and evaluate learning needs). As a Learning partner oversee the development of training curriculum; review training outlines and determine appropriate instructional methods and formats for in-house and vendor-led training. - Anchor & Facilitate - New hire onboarding learning solution, mandatory learning programs within organization , facilitate frontline to mid management development programs and foundational Business Acumen Program. - Content curation & delivery - Based on assessed need, analyze, design, develop, implement & evaluate the learning programs (Design workshops, courses and assessments in accordance with the skill gap determined ) (Like first time manager program, concepts for goal setting, problem solving, negotiation skills, conflict resolution etc , Key process training for managerial development). - Development and deployment of blended learning solutions across business verticals from frontline /Individual contributors upto Sr Manager/AD level. - Create and own SOPs, learning strategies and developmental programs directed towards enhancing consumer centric approach and other tenants of our culture like result orientation, innovation etc. - Evaluate learning effectiveness/business impact, ROI and utilize relevant evaluation data to revise intervention designs - Manage L&D Budget effectively. Who are we looking for: - Passionate L&D professional with 8 - 12 years or experience working in tech enabled fast paced growth companies. - Professional who enjoys delivering learning and development programs. - Experience in blended learning approach in past roles. - Experience in using Instructional design tools and developing content for learning interventions. - Experience in facilitating learning programs for stakeholders from frontline/IC staff upto managerial/sr managerial staff. - Has worked on competency based skill building; developed and delivered such programs for talent upskilling. - Managed an L&D budget of at least 25-50lacs per annum in past organizations. - Experience in measuring impact of L&D by kirkpatrick method. KPIs for the role: - NPS of learning interventions - Impact of each program; like No of errors by participant post program (pre and post assessment score card etc ) - Utilization of L&D budgets effectively - Adherence % to quarterly learning calendar - Learning score on the annual employee engagement survey - Development of a number of talent to larger roles as per talent management targets.
