Acko - Assistant Marketing Manager - Engagement & Retention (3-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Configure and manage communication across multiple channels: Email, SMS, WebPush, App-Push, In-App Banners, WhatsApp, Display
- Set up and manage inbound campaigns for nurturing prospects and cross-selling products
- Craft retargeting campaigns to bring back customers to the right product-fit
- Drive retention by managing the renewal campaigns
- Drive content marketing campaigns using Display and Native advertising tools.
Skills and Competencies :
- Good analytical mindset to figure out what's working and what isn't by looking at data from different perspectives
- Some prior experience with a Marketing Automation tool like CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage
- Some prior experience using analytical tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm to research and learn even if the topics are boring.
- You have an advantage if you
- Have prior experience working as an Email Marketing specialist
- Know current guidelines for communication around TRAI, ESPs and WhatsApp for Business.
