Skills and Competencies : - Good analytical mindset to figure out what's working and what isn't by looking at data from different perspectives - Some prior experience with a Marketing Automation tool like CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage - Some prior experience using analytical tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Enthusiasm to research and learn even if the topics are boring. - You have an advantage if you - Have prior experience working as an Email Marketing specialist - Know current guidelines for communication around TRAI, ESPs and WhatsApp for Business.
