Position: Assistant Manager /Manager- Legal Job Specifications: Total years of experience: 6 -7 years Education: LL.B / LL.M Location: Bangalore Job Description: - Drafting & vetting of various Commercial Contracts such as Vendor agreements, Software as Service contracts, Business Agreements, Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreements, MOU- s, Letter of intent, Non-Disclosure agreements, Master Services agreement etc. - Negotiating Contracts with attorney and concluding Legal documentation thereof - Draft and maintain various agreement templates. - Manage the entire life cycle of a contract - Systematically record and maintain all legal records - Contract and document management, including summarization and rating of Contracts - Advise senior management about contractual risks which can create legal and/or business risk - Conduct legal research by utilizing various resources, prepare notes, case for Opinions etc. - Handling litigation matters and other legal issues of the Group - Person should have knowledge in Insurance sector having a minimum experience of 6-7 years. - Monitoring and tracking of updates and amendments in the applicable laws that are relevant to the Industry and subject.
