Strategic and planning:

- Understand B2B organization priorities and formulate strategic projects to meet organization goals.

- Communicate and implement the company's strategy internally and externally so that all associates, partners, suppliers, and contractors understand the company-wide strategic plan and how it carries out the company's overall goals.

- Create and drive growth strategies involving new product launches, acquisition opportunities, service differentiation, growing the share of customer base through consumer insights etc. to ensure long term growth.

- Conceptualize and implement key initiatives for growth, cost savings, operational excellence, Kaizen initiatives and service to ensure compliance to profitability.

- Partner with institutional leadership, special committees, and consultants to design and support execution of key corporate initiatives to achieve strategic milestones & grow profitability.

- Document external environment trends through objective-oriented market research, industry research and do competitor benchmarking to create/replicate best practices for the organization & revise strategic plan accordingly.

- Prepare risk analysis document for new initiative to enable successful decision making of senior management.

Core Functional:

- Implement review mechanism to track progress of strategic milestones, timely adherence to SPM points and coordination with Growth office, for various identified strategic initiatives/projects.

- Assist in annual business operating plan by working with all stakeholders to support business goals, achieve maximum profitability and meet expectations of all stakeholders

- Ensure maximum compliance to Organization Scorecard & Gross margin improvement plan & red flagging of issues by working with all related stakeholders to achieve organization goals.

Internal Process :

- Ensure timely submission of reports by collating data from all the stakeholders and analysing and putting it in required MPR format to create detailed visibility of business operations for senior management.

Key Result Areas:

- % Compliance to Gross Margin Improvement Plan &/or Cost savings plan

- Design of Strategic Initiatives plan with all stakeholders & 95% compliance to timelines.

- Achieve Organization's score as per the scorecard.

Education requirement:

- Preferably Bachelors in Chemical engineering /Polymer engineering

- Mechanical engineering with Post graduation in Business Management
