Job Description :
- Chartered Accountant Professional with 5 - 8 years of experience preferably from Real Estate / Construction industry
- Responsible for accounting of all projects, including interaction with statutory, tax and internal auditors
- Efficient working capital management
- Build relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Ensuring budgetary control and adherence to the processes laid down
- Preparation of various Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports
- Ensure implementation of internal audit findings
- Work with other department heads to help improve business efficiency and help measure business performance
- Ensure reduction in working capital requirements
- Knowledge in Ledger Scrutiny
Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kothapet, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Re-quired)
Experience - Real estate / construction industry: 5 years (Required)
Language - English, Telugu, Hindi (Required)
