Job Role: Director - Sales (SAAS)

Job Location:Bangalore.

Summary

Director - Sales (SaaS) is a key role that manages our sales operations, develop and grow the team and expand our operations in India.


- It's a complete ownership opportunity where you will not only be responsible for just the revenue function but also drive all aspects of business and put that intelligence back into the overall company business.


- To be successful in this role you need to show loads of initiative, have the ability to work independently and above all the leadership skills to develop and provide direction to a team of field sales managers who will be driving the sales of our technology solution.

Job responsibilities:

- Attract, develop, retain and lead a best-in-class team of high performing sales experts with responsibility for driving performance, development of the team, and playing an active role in value-based strategic sales campaigns across India.

- Manage complex enterprise sales campaigns throughout India.

- Ensure required reporting and forecasting are completed as required in a timely manner

- Work with the direct sales team to prioritize target accounts and prospects

- Develop a sales strategy and account plan for each key account jointly with the core sales team

- Conduct high-level conversations with C and VP level Executives to address business needs

- Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements and guide them through the sales journey.

- The duties will include meeting annual targets, establishing relationships, understanding industry trends and customer needs along with owning and building the sales funnel.

- Ensure required reporting and forecasting are completed as required in a timely manner

Required Skills

- 8-12 years experience in solution sales, business development, solution management or similar roles.

- Develop solid, strategic relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts

- Develop a strong understanding of the client's business and demonstrate how the platform can assist them to achieve their business objective

- Experience SaaS selling mandatory.

- Demonstrated excellence in Presentations skill with ability to build relevant, critical messaging

- Consistent track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & team work

- Business forecasting, pipeline development skills

- Prior experience of structuring Enterprise agreements is preferred

- Familiar with APIs and workflows is preferred

- Proven ability to understand and interact with senior level management CXO levels

- Experienced with Strategic Account Planning and Consultative Sales

- Ability to craft collaboration solutions and to articulate business benefits of those solutions

- Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills is required

- Fast running self-starter with a senior approach and excellent relationship building abilities
