1. Manage functions like maintaining the general ledger, accounts payable, and books of accounts and other controllership activities. 2. Manage and supervise the procure to pay process and record to report team 3. Review all payments that are made by the company and oversee all payment transactions 4. Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness. 5. Keep track of the company's financial expenditures, maintain a database, and create and initiate various structured management reports 6. Keep track of the status of all transactions taking place within the company and external vendors and contractors. 7. Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintain accurate records and control reports. 8. Implement strong controls over P2P and R2R process, like 3-way matching, completeness and accuracy of invoice booking, accounting and payments adhering to approved budgets. 9. Building and maintaining relationships with cross-team, employees, clients, vendors, and lenders. To fit the bill, you must have : - CA/CMA/CA inter with 2-4 years of experience - If candidate is CA ,he has to be CA 1st attempt qualified. - Extensive knowledge of accounting and management principles and accounts payable procedures. - Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current financial legislation. - High management skills for day to day operations. - Client is a B2B Ecommerce company based in koramangala ,Bangalore.
