Accounts Operations Manager

Job description

Well versed with operational systems and processes while looking for opportunities of improvement and innovation.

Key responsibilities include -

1. Reviewing and Ensuring Accounting in Tally Prime, Zoho, Quick Books and other accounting software

2. Inventory Management

3. Bank Reconciliation.

4. Preparing and review of MIS Report on Weekly/Monthly Basis.

5. Preparation, review & Submission of Quarterly TDS Return

6. Reviewing and Ensuring Filing of GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C and other return filings

7. Finalization of P&L and Balance Sheet

8. Reviewing and Ensuring Ledger Reconciliation.

9. Preparation & Submission of Income Tax Returns

10. Coordinate With External Stakeholders

11. Should have sound knowledge and understanding of financial statements.

- Manage end-to-end back-end operations and related activities.

- Dedicate yourself to tasks with an attention to detail.

- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data entry and operations across different products and services, including mutual funds, PMS, corporate FDs, bonds, health insurance, car insurance, and life insurance.

- Ensure data hygiene and organization.

- Continuously refine client acquisition and other operational processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.

- Perform fieldwork, visiting clients to complete documentation and onboarding procedures.

- Support the existing operations team to ensure seamless completion of assignments.

- Fulfil all company-established policy obligations.

- Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Clear and Analytical thinking

- Business Bent of Mind

- Proficient in advanced MS Excel and utility tools like Google Forms etc

- Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are preferred.
