- Variance analysis of Topline and EBITDA with Budget Forecast

- Cash Flow preparation and analysis.

- ROCE Calculations and comparison with Budget

Annual Budget preparation.

- Month wise Budget preparation for Business which includes product wise and

- Manufacturing site wise P&L, Working Capital measurement and Cash Flows

- EBITDA variance analysis of Budget

- Product wise inventory valuation.

- Strategy financials for the business.

- Calculation of Payback period and feasibility analysis in case of new investment; whether new investment is viable or not.

- Calculation of payback period for the various capital investments for saving of cost and business enhancement.

- Product wise and business wise weekly projections of business financials.

- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Books closure.

- Dealing with Internal and Statutory Auditors for Audit.
