The group is also involved in Yarn Exports, Insurance and Financial Markets.  Role specs:  Accounting upto and including finalization Responsibility for compliances and deliverables - Income Tax, Sales Tax, VAT, Service Tax, Profession Tax among others.  MIS review, GL scrutiny  Co-ordination with the bankers, internal teams. Identifying and resolving accounting issues.   Candidate specs:  Expertise in Finalization of accounts  Well versed with Different Accounting Standards, Schedule VI, Transaction processing, Book-keeping, Ledger scrutiny, financial statement preparation, Bank Reconciliation etc.  Very good interpersonal and communication skills  - Good analytical and process skills  - Organised and methodical with the ability to work to strict deadlines and schedules  - Self motivated, with ability to function with limited supervison  Well versed with Tally, MS Office [Word, Excel]   Education: CA, MCom
