Roles & Responsibilities :
- Providing and interpreting financial information;
- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk;
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
- Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
- Liaising with auditors to ensure annual audit is carried out;
- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, bankers, investors and statutory organisations;
- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
- Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities;
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash management, general ledger, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, debt activity etc
- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
Basic Qualifications and Skills Required :
- An understanding of and passion for e-commerce.
- Chartered accountant with 2 +years of experience.
- Good communication and presentation skills,creative thinking ability.
- Ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly and pay attention to detail.
