Accounts Head - Finance Unit

1. Financial Accounting, Banking & Funds, Tax Compliance, Legal & Regulatory Adherence and Results in Reporting

2. Ensure optimum operational efficiency of departments by coordinating with department HOD to achieve targets.

3. Manage overall financial systems and budgets

4. Undertake financial audits provide financial advice

5. Review the company's systems and analyse risk

6. Perform tests to check financial information and systems

7. Advise on tax planning and income tax management

8. Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts and management information for the businesses

9. Manage junior colleagues

10. Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise

11. Produce reports and recommendations following internal audits.

12. Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts, MIS

13. Arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting Advise on tax and treasury issues

14. Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results

15. Set up and implementation of Internal Controls across the organization.

16. Negotiate terms with suppliers.

17. Hands-on experience in ERP accounting system preferably tally
