Accounts & Finance Role - Financial Services - CA (2-5 yrs)
Accounts & Finance Role - Financial Services (CA)
The person would be responsible for all financial activities pertaining to the organization; including financial analysis and MIS reporting; taxation; credit control accounts payable and receivable; and budgeting and forecasting.
Day to Day Activities :
- Validation, accounting and scrutiny of vouchers Vendor Bills
- Oversee the daily vendor Payouts
- Compliance with statutory deduction of TDS, Service tax,
Provident Fund & Profession Tax :
- Coordination with bank for payment related queries
- Regular maintenance of Fixed Assets Register
- Handling Minor system related issues
Monthly :
- Preparation of Monthly MIS based in set format
- Oversee and Monthly Statutory payouts
Quarterly Annual Activity :
- Liasioning with statutory and internal Auditors
- Preparation of Bank requested MIS (RBI & Group Risk)
- Statutory returns preparation and checking
- GST
Preparation of regular MIS reports :
- Ensuring adherence to applicable Statutory Compliances & Reports
- Co-ordination with the Internal & Statutory Audit for timely completion of the audit,
- Regular interaction with Branches / Bank / Function for resolving the queries,
- Ensuring adherence of the applicable Policies,
- Proper accounting of all the Transactions.
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 2 to 5 years
