Accounts & Finalization Role - Capital Market Domain - BFSI - CA

Looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Accounts and Finalisation for a CAPITAL MARKET Domain.

Job Purpose

- To assist in preparation of financial statements, Manage Statutory & Internal Audits, Inspections and Regulatory Reporting.

- To liase with internal and external Team Members, Process Reviews & Improvements and automation

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial statements along with all disclosures

- Providing data to statutory auditors, internal auditors, and to other depts.

- Preparation of RBI returns on monthly/quarterly basis and filling before due date

- Providing data for income tax assessment

- Assisting in preparation of management MIS reports

- Monitoring of bank reconciliation on daily basis

- Passing entries related to month-end closing

- Candidate should be Chartered Accountant (Preferable 1st Attempt )

- Should have experience working in NBFC / Capital Market domain.
