Our client is looking for Accounts Executive -Enterprise Business (SaaS Sales , 6-10 yrs of experience)

About client: Our client is a 14 year old remote technology company committed to building world class open source software products. They have built their own low-code web framework that allows them to rapidly build and customize new applications. They have also built their own cloud hosting and deployment platform to help us manage thousands of ERPNext instances with hundreds of custom extensions and apps. They have also built several libraries and apps that help them manage their own company better and are useful to many others.

Job Title: Account Executive - Enterprise Business(SaaS Sales)

Location: Delhi/Gurgaon, Bangalore, Gulf(Work from Home opportunity.)

No. of Days working: 5 days working.

The Account Executive leads the design and execution of the customer's commercial strategy and negotiation, selling the right solution at the right time and ensuring every deal is compliant .

Roles and responsibility:

What you will be doing?

1. Territory/Account Planning

2. Hunting and farming a set of accounts in designated geography

3. Working with the Renewals team to ensure retention & close renewal contracts.

4. Prospect via cold calling, highly personalized emails and LinkedIn to generate leads and pipeline.

5. Employ a value based solution selling methodology to drive these leads through a high-velocity pipeline.

6. Execute all phases of the pipeline, and push deals through the sales cycle towards closure.

7. Generate sales revenue through closing business; Build and manage your sales pipeline for strong coverage ratios; achieve quarterly revenue targets

8. Manage the entire sales lifecycle from customer engagement, solution development and contract negotiation; meet or exceed quarterly revenue quota. Develop executive relationships to expand revenue potential.

9. Maintain excellent data discipline in CRM

What the client is looking at?

The ideal candidate has Cloud/SAAS sales experience with a terrific reputation for over-achieving quota by growing revenues and closing new logos.

Qualification:

Any graduate. MBA preferred.

Must have Skill sets:

1. 8- 10 years of Direct Sales Experience in Cloud/SAAS sales

2. Experience in presenting technology suite of products within an existing portfolio of accounts

3. Has done average deal size of INR 40 Lakhs

4. Knowledge of ERP/CRM/HRMS solutions

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills

6. Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper consultative selling techniques

7. High-energy and positive attitude
