Accounts & Commercial Manager/Financial Controller - Manufacturing (6-15 yrs)
1. The incumbent will lead the F&A function for company.
2. Will handle accounting, recording, books finalization, compliance, costing, taxation, commercial, process control, process improvement, internal controls.
3. Lead and manage accounting function of group companies.
4. Maintain tight control over inputs for manufacturing - their costing, outputs received etc.
5. Closely work with manufacturing vendor to watch the cost, inventory billing, output billing etc.
6. Review, record, monitor & regularly ensure cost control through right processes & monitoring
7. Compliance related to taxes, filings, returns etc.
8. Overtime oversee commercial part like billing, collection, etc.
9. Regular report & reporting
10. Process control & set up - one of the key roles will be to streamline the existing processes, improve processes or implement new processes for better controls & governance
