Accounting Manager - NBFC (10-15 yrs)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Should have hands-on experience on end-to-end accounting
- Responsible for GL accounting and financial reporting, AR, AP, day to day banking, internal controls, establishment expenses and employee claims
- Manage month-end closing, provisioning & publish timely monthly financial statements.
- Manage year-end closing & prepare for and coordinate with auditors for timely completion of audits.
- Coordinate the preparation & filing of regulatory reports and tax returns and assessments.
- Candidates with experience in and strong industry knowledge of Fintech would be preferred.
- Strong accounting and audit experience
Skills Required -
- Excellent communication skills with seniors, peers, functional teams, external stakeholders
- High on energy and motivated to perform excellently
- Curiosity, aptitude and attitude to learn
- Integrity and ethical focus
- Willingness to take additional responsibilities
- Should have worked on Tally ERP
Salary offered - 15-17 LPA
