Accounting Manager - IT - CA/CPA

- Degree in Accountancy, with CA/CPA qualification and 8-14 yrs of working experience in accounting and book close process.

- Managing legal entity level accounts finalization as per IFRS /Ind AS accounting standards (Experience in APAC regional entities accounting knowledge will be an added advantage).

- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS

- Analytical thinker who can identify and implement effective processes improvements

- Handling general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process. Public accounting or large public company experience is strongly Software industry experiences a plus.

- Proficiency with accounting software and experience with a software system -preferably experience in Oracle R12

- Analyze financial records and interpret in simple terms to other stakeholders

- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong written and oral communication skills.
