Responsibilities


- Proficiency in Software: QBO, QBD, BDC, SAGE Intacct, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and related tools.


- Become proficient in: FloQast, Engagement, Advance Flow, and other reconciliation tools.


- Team Leadership: Select, onboard, train, and build a high-performing team in Client Accounting Services (CAS).


- Client Relationship Management: Nurture positive relationships with teams and clients to exceed expectations.


- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve red flags in client service delivery and team operations.


- Bookkeeping & Reporting: Lead a team to complete all bookkeeping tasks, including complex analytical tasks,

balance sheet reading, and financial analysis with accuracy.


- Hands-on Training: Support team members with technical knowledge and skill development.


- Workflow & Compliance: Learn client workflows, accounting practices, and industry regulations, and train the team

accordingly.


- Quality Assurance: Review Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Draft Reports, MIS, Analysis, and Month-end activities.

Technical Expertise: Stay updated on new developments affecting client assignments and train the team accordingly.


- Performance Management: Address sub-standard work and focus on quality improvement.


- Project Management: Manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
