Description - As an Accounting Leader, you will have an opportunity to lead the Accounts team of various global entities of a US based MNC.

Our client is a US based MNC in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry. With presence in in more than 50 countries, they are expanding their operations worldwide.
Job Description :
As an Accounting Leader (Banking & Treasury), you will be based out of Mumbai City and your responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to:
- Supervising 20 team members (Associates and Accountants) performing B&T accounting for numerous entities around the world.
- Working closely with treasury leaders to ensure accounting entries are accurately and completely interfaced from treasury application to SAP
- Ensuring the following B & T team activities are conducted timely, accurately and according to industry standards:
- Preparation of Banko reconciliations
- Day to day and month end accounting
- Monitoring and pursuit of open item resolution
- Providing leadership in the development, testing and implementation of process automation.
- Supporting and implementing the rationalization of legal entities related to Banking & Treasury Accounting.
Profile
As a successful candidate for the Accounting Leader (Banking& Treasury) post, you should be meeting all of the below criteria:
1. CA with 7 to 12 years of experience in Big4 Consulting Firms / Manufacturing & Production Industry
2. Strong experience in financial accounting (USGAAP/IFRS)
3. Proficiency in SAP Finance (ECC- FICO)
- Although candidates from Mumbai City would be preferred, applications from PAN India are welcome
