Accountant/Head - Accounts - FMCG/Healthcare

- Lead the Accounts Team with a view to achieve business objectives.

- Drive AP, AR, GL, Reconciliations, Bookkeeping, Account closing, Taxation and Filing.

- Ensure data integrity on the Finance ERPs and systems.

- Ensure compliance to applicable statutory/regulatory/compliance requirements at the state and central govt levels.

- Drive Internal and External Statutory Audits and take responsibility for the outcomes.

- Provide required financial information, data, and analysis to Leadership for Business reviews.

- Drive Accounting and Control in line with business objectives.

- Drive Accounting Processes and Practices to comply with Accounting Standards.

- Prepare business activity reports, financial forecasts, annual budgets and MIS reports for Exe Mgmt.

- Drive tax planning, timely payments and timely filing of tax returns.

- Present recommendations to management on short and long-term financial objectives and policies.

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation.

- Implement and monitor the monthly, quarterly and year-end closeout accounting schedules
